              What is Control and Coordination? 

Control and coordination are the functions of the nervous system and hormones in our bodies.
The respond of nervous system can be classified as reflex action, voluntary action, or involuntary action.

Reflex action: The sudden movement taken by the body without any thinking is called reflex action. E.g. if our hand suddenly touch with a hot thing or vessel , we take our hand back immediately without any thinking.

Voluntary action: Those actions which are in control of our mind. E.g. walking, ridding a bicycle, reading, exercising etc are included in voluntary actions.

Involuntary actions: Those actions which are not in control of mind. E.g. heart beat, blood pressure, breathing, salivation etc are included in involuntary actions.

Translation:        नियंत्रण और समन्वय क्या है?


 नियंत्रण और समन्वय हमारे शरीर में तंत्रिका तंत्र और हार्मोन के कार्य हैं।

 तंत्रिका तंत्र की प्रतिक्रिया को रिफ्लेक्स एक्शन, स्वैच्छिक कार्रवाई या अनैच्छिक कार्रवाई के रूप में वर्गीकृत किया जा सकता है।




 रिफ्लेक्स एक्शन: शरीर द्वारा बिना किसी सोच के लिए किए गए अचानक आंदोलन को रिफ्लेक्स एक्शन कहा जाता है।  जैसे  अगर हमारा हाथ अचानक किसी गर्म चीज या बर्तन से छू जाता है, तो हम बिना किसी विचार के तुरंत अपना हाथ वापस ले लेते हैं।



 स्वैच्छिक क्रिया: वे क्रियाएं जो हमारे मन के नियंत्रण में होती हैं।  जैसे  चलना, साइकिल चलाना, पढ़ना, व्यायाम करना आदि स्वैच्छिक कार्यों में शामिल हैं।



 अनैच्छिक क्रियाएँ: वे क्रियाएं जो मन के नियंत्रण में नहीं हैं।  जैसे  दिल की धड़कन, रक्तचाप, श्वास, लार आदि अनैच्छिक क्रियाओं में शामिल हैं।
